Arguments

data

A data.frame of the pk data

x

Name of x variable, usually "TIME"

group

Name of group variable

bins

Number of bins for the VPC

ci

Confidence interval for the VPC, usually 0.8 (10th-90th percentiles)

lloq

Lower limit of quantification
